Terms of service

1. Content I Do NOT Draw
To ensure clarity from the start, I do not accept commissions that include the following:
> Vore
> Gore
> Scat
> Diapers
> Loli / Shota
> Real people
> Political or racial themes
> Extremely complex designs
If your request is not listed here, feel free to ask before commissioning.2. Payment Method
>Payments are made exclusively through PayPal.
No other payment methods are accepted under any circumstances.
>A 100% upfront payment is required after approval of the initial sketch and before continuing the commission.
>The option to split the payment (50% upfront / 50% after) is only available for full render commissions, and must be requested in advance by the client.3. Work Process
>The client submits their request and an initial sketch is created.
>The client reviews and approves the sketch.
>The full payment is made via PayPal.
>Revisions and corrections are carried out as agreed.
>Finalization and delivery of the commission.4. Revisions and Changes
The number of included revisions depends on the type of commission:
>Sketch: 1 revision included
>Flat Color: 2 revisions included
>Full Render: 3 revisions included
>Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.
>Major changes (e.g., changing pose, composition, or concept) will require an additional fee regardless of the number of revisions available.5. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if:
>The artist is unable to complete the work due to personal reasons, or
>The client has not received any progress after an extended period (4–6 weeks).
If the client cancels the commission:
>The refund will be partial, depending on the amount of work completed at that point.6. Usage Rights
>The client may use the artwork for personal purposes only.
>Commercial use is not included and must be discussed separately for an additional fee.
